ThriveSports was a niche scheduling tool when I stepped in. I rebuilt the technology, the brand, and the operating story from the inside out — and the platform now powers coaching, clinics, and team experiences across multiple sports, including a working partnership with NBC Sports.

The room I walked into

A founder with conviction, a product with one good idea, and a runway that was not going to wait for a redesign cycle. The work had to ship in the same week it was decided.

What I built

A modular booking and coaching engine that could absorb new sports without a re-platform. Branded the product, the parent company, and the partner-facing tools. Stood up the data, the payments, the marketing site, and the partner integrations.

What it became

A working partnership with NBC Sports, a coaching network that goes far past the original sport, and an internal team that knows how to ship a feature on Tuesday and tell the story by Thursday.
